“Building community and focusing on self-care is the key to a balanced, abundant life!”
For over twenty years I worked full-time in technology. I experienced long hours, daily challenges and often lived on the road. Early in my career, due to a health wake-up call, I was introduced to yoga. It helped me to deal with daily stress and had a huge impact on my life.
In 2000, I took a leave of absence and went for my yoga instructor certification. I returned as a Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT-200), went back to my job and began teaching yoga on the side. It was my first opportunity to share the gift of yoga with others, while I grew my business career.
Traveling more for work, I didn’t always have time to attend a yoga class. I needed to find additional relaxation tools. I trained in various areas and created my toolbox of techniques.
In 2013, I left the structured business world and started my own company, Infinite Heart Space. My mission…positively impact more people. Serving others by teaching them how to be healthier, happier and more relaxed, living lives filled with infinite possibilities became my focus through offering coaching, workshops, speaking engagements and classes.
Faced with a changed world due to COVID-19, I took my classes and my Community online. This kept our group together and allowed it to grow, eliminating physical boundaries. I am grateful to be able to continue connecting with this group each week.
My Family & Hobbies
I live in New Jersey with my husband Stephen and dog Winston.
Together we love to spend time outdoors in nature, walking the canal, exploring mountain paths, or watching the birds. Being outside is where we are all in our element.
A favorite place for us is the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina. In the summer, we spend time exploring the area and enjoying the mountain surroundings.
I’m a life-long learner, believing that learning helps us keep moving forward in life.
